We are extremely pleased with how Dennis designed the plans for our home. He is a true professional in his field. In fact, right after our very first review of the plans, everything was exactly as we had envisioned. He pays close attention to every detail and offered us expert advice. I was able to reach him at any time. We highly recommend d'Arch Design to anyone in need of home design plans—you won't regret it.
Thank you so much, Dennis!!

As a structural engineer I have been working with Denis, with d’Arch residential design, for over 8 years and his dedication to quality and attention to detail never fails. Denis not only has a fantastic grasp on architectural design but also on the structural side as well and can see issues before they arise. You can’t go wrong with using d’Arch for your next home build.

Dennis was very easy to work with to achieve our goal of a great outdoor pergola / patio and outdoor kitchen. During the design process we made a few changes and Dennis was very accommodating.
One of our goals was to mirror the look and feel of our Home. We accomplished that through Dennis's design.

Denis designed a beautiful addition to our front living room on our 1978 home. He was easy to work with when we wanted changes, and the his fees were the most reasonable we found. The plan examiner at the City of Boise complimented the quality of our plans several times when we met for our permit. We highly recommend d'Arch Residential Design LLC.

We came to Dennis with a vision for a barndominium and he helped bring it to life better than we could have imagined. He was professional, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. What impressed us most was how he listened to our ideas and then elevated them with thoughtful design suggestions. The final plan exceeded our expectations and we’re really excited to move forward with it. Highly recommend working with him.

The only go-to architect that I work with on all my projects. Very attentive, detailed and plans get submitted to the city and counties with zero corrections. I appreciate all you do and would highly recommend his services.

We worked with Denis on the design of our house plans, and the experience was incredibly easy and enjoyable. His attention to detail and patience stood out throughout the entire process. Denis was always quick to respond—no matter the time of day—and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely be contacting Arch Residential Design for all of our future projects.
